TBT Giving Thanks

Created in 2008
Happy Thanksgiving!  I pray that you are celebrating the many things that you and your families have to be thankful for on this day.

I created this pieced die cut during the heyday of my fun with my Klic-n-kut.  I created this die cut in the KNK software and contributed it to a file exchange.  The die cut pieces are layered on the black mat which is welded to the sentiment.  The die cuts were chalked to add a little dimension.  Enjoy!

Winter Birthday Card

Recently I have been giving my stamps a lot of love.  At first I intended to use stamping, but decided I really liked the font of this happy birthday sentiment instead.  So I went to my overwhelming stash of Quickutz dies and dusted a few off to have some fun!  I truly used only scraps found in my  8 ½” x 11” color folders to put together this card.  A visit through blog land gave me a great sketch and color scheme to create this birthday card for a niece who has a winter birthday coming up soon!

How To:

1.     I started with a card base of 11” x 6”(because it was the largest of the scraps I had) and folded it in half.
2.     The blue layer is 5” x 4 ½” and is pressure embossed with Cuttlebug Polka Dots.
3.     The black layer is 4 ½” x 4” and is edged with a Martha Stewart corner and edge punch set.  The bottom two loops on each side were trimmed off as to not interfere with the design of the card.
4.     The yellow strip is 1” and punched with the same edger punch.
5.     The deep red strip was pressure embossed with Cuttlebug Pop Culture borders then trimmed to 3/8”.
6.     Happy Birthday was die cut three times from the Quickutz Birthday 4” x 4” die.
7.     The presents and ribbons are also die cut from Quickutz dies.  The pressure embossing is done with texture dies from Quickutz.  The motifs are much smaller and great for small die cuts.  I used circles, sparkle, and curls.
8.     The card was assembled with dimensional foam adhesive, Tombow Extreme permanent adhesive, and Sakura Quickie pen.

Our Top Five Favorites - The Fab Five, will be posted on Sunday, November 30th.
Our Winner will have the option to play along with a future challenge!

This color challenge had me thinking masculine card ideas so I created a card for the husband of a dear friend of mine who is battling stage four-breast cancer.  It is important to remember those travel the journey along side those who are fighting this horrendous disease.  I hope this card will brighten his day and let him know that he and his entire family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I also spied a retro supply sitting on my shelf just calling to be used in this challenge.  The center image is stamped on a piece of CoMotion Almost Leather in light brown, a nice masculine touch.  I also recently stocked up on Darice embossing folders that have the masculine vibe . . . so this card came together with both old and new supplies.  The tree stamp is circa late 90's, the sentiment most likely has about 2 years of languishing in my stash.

This is the second version of the card . . . the first was OK, but lacked something so I changed a few things around and added a bit more embellishment until I liked the final result.

Supplies:  Halcraft Value Pack card size 5" x 6 1/2"; Coordinations dark brown textured card stock; CoMotion Almost Leather light brown; Tsukineko:  StazOn Forest Green, Timber Brown; Darice:  Crackle embossing folder, craft thread, hemp card; Creations Unlimited Tree image; Stampendous Happy Messages-thinking of you image; Sew easy: green floss; Misc. cream card stock, heat gun, acrylic blocks, sanding block, aluminum foil, three small brads, adhesive, dimensional foam adhesive, Cuttlebug embossing machine and plates.

How To:
1.  Stamp tree images around perimeter of card with StazOn Forest Green and Timber Brown to create a background border.  Place scrap paper under the card and stamp off the edges.  I inked the base of the tree first then the needles.
2.  Trim CoMotion Almost Leather light brown to 2.5” x 2.5”.  Heat with a heat gun for 20 seconds, it will change appearance and curl slightly, then press inked stampinto surface; ink edges.  I think the image does look like embossed leather.

3.  Trim cream card stock to 1 7/8” x 3 1/4” and stamp sentiment in StazOn Timber Brown and ink the edges.
4.  Trim 2 pieces of Coordinations dark brown textured card stock to 3 1/2” x 3 1/2” and 2 1/8” x 3 ½” and pressure emboss with Darice Crackle embossing folder.  Sand with sanding block to bring out cream-colored core.  Distress the edges by sanding .
5.  Crumple a piece of aluminum foil and lightly distress sentiment section with StazOn Timber Brown.
6.  Dab StazOn Forest Green on 3 brads to match the colors of the card, I picked each brad up by the prongs to maneuver the top in the ink pad.
7.  Trim 10” of craft thread, green floss and hemp cord.  Tie in a square knot around the bottom of the sentiment.  Attach brads to left edge of sentiment.  Adhere with dimensional foam dots to crackle brown background.
8.  Assemble card and adhere.

Leave a comment, hearing from you makes my day!  Thanks!

Clean and Simple Thanksgiving Card

So close to Thanksgiving and I thought I would share another Thanksgiving card with you.  This time I went directly to the leftover’s in my yet to be put away scraps bin.  I had a blast making this card,  HappyThanksgiving;  which incidentally was the Design Team’s favorite over at Crafting By Designs in the Give Thanks Challenge. I had a few leaves and some Gelato colored Bristol card stock that quickly become this wonderful card to send to our daughter who is away at college and unable to come home for Thanksgiving.

1.     I started with a Recollections 6-Bar Kraft card base.  A yellow-gold scrap trimmed to 4 ¼” x 5 ½“ was pressure embossed with Darice Foliage embossing folder and adhered to the center of the card.
2.     A section of the Gelato colored card stock was trimmed to 4” x 5” then I marked 2” from the top edge to draw pencil lines to a diagonal cut.  I trimmed the edges away.  (I also used the trimmed triangles as practice sections for the stamping.)
3.     Another scrap was trimmed to 1” and laid down the center of the Gelato piece.  I hand trimmed the edges to match.
4.     Technique Tuesday’s Hanging by a Thread provided a quick stamped image of stitching along the edges.  The Gelato section is stamped in StazOn Saddle Brown, and the dark red card stock is stamped in Timber Brown.  The “Thanksgiving” sentiment is from Technique Tuesday’s Say It Happy stamp set and is also stamped in Saddle Brown.
5.     I die cut the Technique Tuesday Say It Happy die in Kraft and red.  My favorite glue to use when adhering tiny die cut words is Quickie Glue pen by Sakura.
6.     The oak leaf is left over from the card mentioned above and is made with Gelato colored brown card stock, Heartfelt Creations Leaf Medley Pre-cut stamp, and Spellbinders Foliage die cut.

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:

As always, thank you for stopping by and enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Happy Birthday to my Plane loving son!

Busy week of card making in my craft cave!  My youngest son turned nine on Wednesday!  Yeah!  This is the fifth birthday we have had the privelege of celebrating with him, as we adopted him from Russia just before his fourth birthday.  If you know my son, you understand that he LOVES airplanes . . . convenient for him as his dad builds them!  When we went to the Experimental Aviation Association’s annual event in Oshkosh, WI in the summer of 2013 we were at the very first public showing of the first Disney movie, “Planes”.  We naturally went to see “Planes Two, Fire and Rescue" in 3D and own the movie, buying it the first day it came out.  He has seen it at least 4 times since!  He wanted a “Planes, Fire and Rescue” party theme, so DH created the cake below.  The eyes are shrink plastic colored with Sharpie and StazOn ink!  The numbers and black stripes are also shrink plastic.  He was suitably impressed with his Dusty cake!

I have been going through my stash and using old and new supplies tools recently and this is no exception.

1.     I trimmed white card stock to 6 ½ “ x 10” and folded in half.  The black card stock is 3 ¾” x 3 3/4” and is pressure embossed with Darice Diamond Plate Pattern embossing folder.
2.     The image is stamped on white card stock trimmed to 3” x 3”.  My ink color charts came in very handy at this point, as I knew I wanted to use Darice blue Foamies as a die cut sentiment, and the Recollections chevron green washi tape.  “FLY HIGH” is stamped in Colorbox Midnight, and the Plane image in Personal Stamp Exchange Green.  I masked the word “plane” on the image with washi tape, inked the image and removed the tape before stamping.  Both images are from Imaginisce Let’s Roll line.  The edge is inked in PSE Green.
3.     Next out came the die cuts, Quickutz “Birthday” Shortcutz 4” x 4” die provided the script “birthday”, and Life Style Crafts (yes, the same company different name) Lemon Drop alpha was used for the “GUY”.  Run the Foamies through a Xyron X before die cutting and the adhesive will be right where you need it!
4.     To assemble the card I used a centering ruler to place the washi tape in the middle and then layered the remaining elements.

My little (rather not so little) guy loved his card and his cake.  Happy Birthday to you!

TBT Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers

Created in 1999

This is a fun card I made for my Dad for Father’s Day in 1999.  The images are all from Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers (try saying that 10 times fast!).  I used to love sitting on the floor in the rubber pit at rubber stamp conventions and discover great images.  My dad happens to be a fisherman; and this spoof on the fish laughing at the hook was just to good to pass up.  Decorative scissors provided interest with the main image and mat over the background stamping.

Please leave a comment, I love hearing from you!

Another direction for a Sympathy Card

I went a different direction with this sympathy card.  I started with the sentiment image and built around the image.  Surfing the web I found a few challenges that helped me quickly put together a color scheme and a sketch!

1.     Shopping my stash I found some Costco felted paper purchased at least 10 years ago in turquoise.  Looking through the scraps I found red card stock and yellow card stock that complemented the tone of the felted paper.  Kraft card stock finished the color selections.
2.     The sentiment was stamped in Versa Magic Red Magic and Red Brick to get the right color to match the red card stock I found in my stash.  A Spellbinders Petite Ovals Large was placed around the image . . . and there was a need to embellish a little more.  A hunt in my flourish rubber stamps brought out a Magenta stamp that just fit the bill and was of similar design to the turquoise felted paper.
3.     Base Kraft card stock is trimmed to 10” x 6 ½ ” and folded in half, Yellow card stock is 4 7/8” x 6 3/8”, Turquoise felted paper is 4 3/8” x 5 7/8”, and the Red card stock is 1 ½” x 4 7/8”.  I used part of the scrap from the Kraft card stock to punch mini scallop borders and the oval backing the sentiment.

A time for Sympathy

I find myself in a place where I need to make two sympathy cards this week.  This card is for my best friend from high school as her mother passed recently.  I took the time while I created this card to pray for her and her family as they mourn the great loss of a Godly woman.

I started with a card base of 7” x 11” and folded it in half.  The frame layer is an embossed mulberry paper trimmed to 5” x 6 ½” purchased at Costco years ago.  A tip here . . . apply the adhesive to the card, not the mulberry paper, as it will just pull up!  The micro-beads are applied with Terrifically Tacky Tape, followed by Art Institute Fools Gold to fill in the tiny open spots.  I can no longer find the Terrifically Tacky Tape in the thin widths so I applied a length to adhesive backing repurposed from the Xyron X and carefully trimmed it to a ¼” width using my self-healing magnetic mat, metal ruler, and an Xacto knife.

I stamped Unity Stamps Blossom Stacker image in Dr. Ph. Martin Iridescent Plate Gold ink on ivory card stock and heat embossed with Think Ink Gold Glitter Gloss embossing powder.  The image was then die cut with Spellbinders Blossom Tags and Accents and a Spellbinders circle to remove the center of the image.  The center is DCWV Metallic Gold card stock die cut with Heartfelt Creations Decorative Blossom Corner that has been trimmed to fit inside the circle.

I tried a new method of stamping and die cutting my flowers.  Previously I had stamped the images first then painstakingly lined up the die with a mask and die cut each flower section.  This time I die cut a series of Spellbinders Rose Creations flowers from ivory card stock.  I was able to put all five dies through and not use up much paper on each pass.  Each layer has two of each size of flower.  I lined up all the same size flowers to match the image as it lay on my table.  Then I inked the image with Dr. Ph. Martin Iridescent Plate Gold ink and carefully laid the flower over the inked stamp and then placed a 1/8” acrylic sheet over the top and applied pressure.  I carefully removed the now stamped flower with tweezers.  I was able to cut and ink the individual flowers much more quickly. (The next time I do this technique I will take photos!  I’m feeling a little under the weather so creating the card was a little higher priority!)  I sprayed the flowers with Tattered Angels Sun Sisters Glimmer Mist and let them dry.  The flowers are shaped using the McGill embossing mat and stylus set; Heartfelt Creations has great tutorials and shaping many types of flowers.

The leaves and swirls are die cut from DCWV Metallic Gold card stock using the Heartfelt Creations Bella Rose die.  The sentiment is from a set I purchased from Dream Ink; I have all three sets that includes 252 words and phrases and can write just about any type of greeting I need!  I could not find a die cut shape to fit the sentiment, so I used a McGill corner punch to shape the ends of a ¾” strip of ivory card stock.  The sentiment is edged in Dr. Ph. Martin Iridescent Plate Gold.  I assembled the card and it is now ready to send a message to my dear friend.

Buccaneer North American Championships Acrylic Album

This summer our family spent a wonderful week in Summit County Colorado at America’s highest elevation Yacht Club at Lake Dillon (elevation 9, 017 ft).  If you know Summit County, you will recognize that it is the home to many ski resorts just through the tunnel from Denver.  Mountains and incredible scenery surrounded the lake as well as view of two ski resorts.  The water was cold, 55 degrees Fahrenheit, and the weather was variable to say the least!  I am very proud of my 15-year-old son as he joined his dad crewing on the Mandy Lu at the BNAC 2014 Regatta.  It was his 3rd-7th day sailing.  My DH is an accomplished sailor and skipper and my son had a wonderful teacher and a great experience.  My younger son and I enjoyed kayaking and bike riding while Dad and brother were on the water.  This is the huge project I have been working on over the last month.  Even if you do not read through the entire post, if you like making acrylic albums you might find a few good tips.  If you just want to see photos of each page, click on the first photo and you can look through the album.  Supply list is at the end of the post.  Enjoy!
Beginning Hints:
1.     When working with acrylic albums it is important to prepare embellishments for both sides before the final assembly of each side of the sheet.  Mirror or center to frame the opposite side of the sheet before adhering.
2.     Album is assembled and adhered using Tombow Extreme Permanent Adhesive unless specified other wise.
3.     Any step involving StazOn ink or irResistibles Color Texture Spray will require drying time to avoid smearing the ink.
4.     All the photos are edged in StazOn inks, which works great on a photo!
Cover aka Page One

1.     I tried stamping the rope image with out StazOn Cotton White dabbed around edges first and was not satisfied with the results.  So plan 2 included the StazOn opaque ink to help the rope image show up better.
2.     I had a little fun with Vertigo by pressure embossing with Cuttlebug Animal Print Spots.  The StazOn Blue Hawaii to inked raised areas to bring on the dimension.
3.     Radiant Neon Electric Pink sponged around the mat matched the spinnacker.

4.     The album cover was a handy pattern to trace the shape of the point onto the Vertigo piece with a sharpie pen and cut with scissors ¼” inside the line.
5.     By now the StazOn Cotton White was dry so next step is to stamp Technique Tuesday Borderline Space & Time rope image in Cactus Green around the edges.  An old trick to miter the corner or point is to use scrap paper to miter as shown.
Page Two

1.     Spritz white card stock with irResistible Dandelion.
2.     Crop photo to 3" x 2" and white card stock to 3" x 1".  Ink edges of both with StazOn Cactus Green.
3.     Stamp Technique Tuesday Game On "Road Trip" in StazOn Cactus Green directly on the photo, which will not work with other non-permanent inks.
4.     Journal in Memento Bamboo Leaves.
5.     Now it is time to assemble cover and page two and adhere.
Page Three

1.     Stamp My Minds Eye Laundry Lint Coastal Authentic star image in StazOn Blue Hawaii over the star on the album page.  Take care as the acrylic album is slippery and it is easy to smear the ink while stamping.
2.     Trim white card stock and use a soft rubber brayer or a small hardware store foam paint roller to ink with Radiant Neon Electric Blue to a light shade.  This seems to give a more even color.  Crumple a small section of aluminum foil and apply Radiant Neon Electric Pink around the edges.  Adhere photo and journal in Bahama Blue.
3.     Die cut medium Sizzix Star #2 from Darice green Foamies and ink with StazOn Cactus Green.  (Sizes of stars range in size from large, medium, small, and petite)  Ink with StazOn Cactus Green.
4.     I like to cut extras that might work later in the album, so I die cut the following stars from Vertigo: 1 medium, 2 smalls, and 2 petites.  The remaining stars will be used on page 12 of the album
Page Four

1.     Trim Kraft card stock and spritz with irResistibles Wedding White followed by Dandelion.  Overlaying the colors allows the Dandelion color to have more pop on the Kraft card stock.  I tried both ways, and Dandelion on Kraft just doesn’t work well!

2.     I die cut 8 Sizzlets Tag Set-tags from Kraft card stock.  The remaining tags will be used for journaling throughout the album.  Ink the edges of each tag with Radiant Neon Electric Blue and lightly distress tag by inking with crumpled aluminum foil.  Cut Darice #10 Hemp Cord to 4" lengths and loop through hole in tag.  Journaling is done in Bahama Blue.
3.     Assemble pages three and four.  Adhere Foamies green star over stamped star image using Xyron X permanent adhesive on page three.  Complete adhesive coverage of element conceals the adhesive through the acrylic sheet, something I learned by working with vellum.  Adhere Vertigo small star on page four.
Page Five

1.     Time to play with The Crafters Workshop Punchinella stars section stencil, place it over acrylic page and ink with ink blushers.  Start with StazOn Cactus Green and fade to Blue Hawaii and back to Cactus Green.

2.     Trim white card stock to 4 1/2" x 4 1/2".  Sponge roller Radiant Neon Electric Blue onto both sides of the card stock.  Pressure emboss with Cuttlebug Wood Grain embossing folder.  On one side use direct to paper inking with StazOn Blue Hawaii to highlight raised areas.  On the reverse ink with StazOn Cactus Green.  This will serve as a frame on both sides of the acrylic sheet.
3.     Crop photo to 4" x 4" and ink with StazOn Blue Hawaii.
4.     Cut Darice blue Foamies to 3 7/8" x 3 7/8".  Trim to a three- sided frame leaving 1/2" frame.  Adhere to the back of the photo to create a pocket as shown.  I chose to use Foamies over dimensional foam squares because it is colored and will match the album better.

5.     Cut Vertigo with scissors to make a 4 1/2" x 2 7/8" tag.  Use a tag as a pattern to shape leading corners.  Punch the center hole with a Cropadile tool.  Ink edges with StazOn Cactus green.  Loop Darice #20 Hemp cord through the hole.
6.     Trim two pieces of white card to fit the tag, 3 1/4" x 2 1/8”.  Sponge roller Radiant Neon Electric Blue and stamp Technique Tuesday Code Grid in StazOn Cactus Green.  Journal in Memento Bahama Blue.  Adhere to Vertigo tag.  The tag still needed something so stamp Technique Tuesday Borderlines Space & Time stars images along the leading edge.
Page Six

1.     Crop photo to 4" x4" and ink edges with StazOn Blue Hawaii.
2.     Assembly:  adhere Wood Grain embossed piece to page six taking care that the adhesive is applied inside of a 4" x 4" square, at least 3/8" from the edge.  When page five photo is centered over the frame the adhesive is hidden.   Adhere photo with hidden Foamies frame to page five to create a pocket for the Vertigo tag.
Page Seven

1.     Stamp SEI En Route compass twice in StazOn Cactus Green on white card stock.  Sponge roller Radiant Neon Electric Blue over stamped images and die cut with Spellbinders Standard Circles Large die that is slightly larger than image; hold die in place with removable tape.  Die cut two Darice blue Foamies with the same size die.

2.     Use an ink blusher and Clear Scraps 6" x 6" Spiral stencil to ink acrylic sheet with StazOn Blue Hawaii.  Position spiral on arrow section by placing die cut compass in desired position.
3.     Use an ink blusher to tap StazOn Cotton White onto Studio Calico sailboat.

4.     Trim white card stock to 6" x 4 1/2" and sponge roller Radiant Neon Electric Pink.  Apply Radiant Neon Electric Blue directly to the flat side with indentations of the Cuttlebug Basket Weave embossing folder and pressure emboss.  (Polka Dot is shown.)  Direct to paper ink the raised area of Basket Weave with StazOn Cactus Green.

5.     Cut three pieces Vertigo to 2 1/2" x 4 1/4".  Miter corners with scissors and punch center holes with Cropadile tool.  Ink edges with StazOn Cactus Green.
6.     Cut green Foamie to 5 7/8" x 4 3/8" and make a three-sided frame to back Basket Weave card stock.  Cut 6" x 1/2" piece of Vertigo to reinforce the open edge of the frame.  Adhere both to the back of the Basket Weave.
7.     Crop photo to 5 1/2" x 4" and ink edges with StazOn Blue Hawaii.
8.     Crop 6 photos for tags to 2" x 3" and ink edges with StazOn Blue Hawaii.  Trim Kraft card stock into 2" x 1/2" journal strips and ink with StazOn Blue Hawaii and journal with Memento Bahama Blue.  Adhere photos and journal strips to Vertigo tags.  Loop Darice #10 Hemp Cord through holes.
Page Eight

1.     Trim white card stock to 6" x 4 1/2" and sponge roller with Radiant Neon Electric Pink.  Apply Radiant Neon Electric Blue directly to the flat side with indentations of the Cuttlebug Polka Dots embossing folder and pressure emboss.  Direct to paper ink the raised dots with StazOn Cactus Green.
2.     Crop photo to 5 1/2" x 4" and ink with StazOn Blue Hawaii.
3.     Assemble pages seven and eight and adhere.
Page Nine

1.     Ink acrylic sheet with Clear Scraps 12 x 12 Spiral Dots stencil, ink blushers and a mixture of StazOn Cactus Green and Blue Hawaii.

2.     Crop three photos to 3" x 2" and ink edges with StazOn Blue Hawaii.
3.     Cut four pieces of Vertigo to 3 1/4" x 2 1/4" and ink edges with StazOn Cactus Green.
4.     Die cut one white cardstock and one Vertigo arrow from Project Life Die Cut set and ink edges and with ink blusher and Radiant Neon Electric Blue.  Vertigo arrow will be used on page 12.
5.     Trim white card stock to 2" x 8" and sponge roller Radiant Neon Electric Blue on both sides.  Score at 2", 4", and 6" and accordion fold to train folds.  Stamp Technique Tuesday Code Grid in StazOn Cactus Green on five sections; the first is the top block on one side the remaining four on the reverse.  Journal in Memento Bahama Blue.  Fold journal section and adhere to form 2 pages that flip up to reveal the hidden journaling.  I had a lot to say on this page!
6.     Ink edges of both sides of an Imagine Craft Large Oval tag with StazOn Blue Hawaii.  Complete in several stages to avoid smearing the ink.  Stamp Technique Tuesday Game On “EXTREME” image on both sides.
Page Ten

1.     Trim white card stock to 7" x 5" and sponge roller with Radiant Neon Electric Orange.  Apply Radiant Neon Electric Blue directly to the flat side with indentations of the Cuttlebug Basket Weave embossing folder and pressure emboss.
2.     Crop photo to 3 1/2" x 3 1/2 and ink with StazOn Blue Hawaii. Trim white card stock to 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" and use an ink blusher to ink edges with Radiant Neon Electric Orange.
3.     Trim white card stock to 3 3/4" x 2 1/4" and sponge roller with Radiant Neon Electric Orange.  Stamp with Technique Tuesday Code grid and StazOn Cactus Green.  Journal with Memento Bamboo Leaves.
4.     Lay page ten’s mat on table and center page nine photos/journaling block with Vertigo mats and adhere.  Flip the acrylic sheet over and adhere the mat for page ten by hiding the adhesive behind the page nine photos.  Cut an 8" length of Darice #20 Hemp Cord and loop through the Imagine Crafts oval tag and secure with a sailing knot (this one tied by my DH) around acrylic sheet.  Adhere photo and journaling block.

Page Eleven and Twelve

1.     Custom lettering stencil:  run a strip of vellum through a temporary adhesive Xyron X and die cut selected letters/numbers/shapes.  (Quickutz Classic Frankie font was used for this title, Pirate’s Saber for the emblem.)   The Pirate’s Saber was cut twice, the second cut made on the reverse side to reverse the image as shown.  Place die cut letters/numbers/shapes in desired position on acrylic sheet.  Place outline and dams around letters/numbers/shapes in correct positions, trimming away excess with scissors.  Remove die cuts and ink with bullet tip Fantastix in StazOn Blue Hawaii.

2.     Replace die cuts after ink has dried and ink through The Crafters Workshop Punchinella stencil with ink blushers.  Start with StazOn Cactus green over the title and fade to Blue Hawaii and back to Cactus Green.
3.     Trim white card stock to 6 1/2" x 4 1/4" and spritz with irResistible Dandelion.
4.     Ink Vertigo stars and small arrow cut earlier with StazOn Cactus Green or Blue Hawaii.  When dry apply Xyron permanent adhesive to one side and Tombow Extreme Permanent adhesive to the other and adhere this side to positions on the back cover photo.  The Xyron permanent adhesive will help hold photo and mat in place and can be viewed through the back of the album.

5.     Spritz the reverse side of white card stock with irResistibles Dandelion and place final photo.  Adhere to the front of the page so the photo will show through to the back.  The irResistible Dandelion will act as an adhesive for both the photo and to the acrylic sheet.
6.     Adhere photo to front.
